  • Can I call or email to order flowers?
    Yes, you can place your order via phone or email. For further information or inquiries, please call us at (852) 6765 1310 or email us at info@blossomminds.org
  • How do I know the order is successfully submitted?
    After we have received your order and payment, we will call to confirm your order and send you a confirmation email for verification purposes. Once we confirmed your order, you will receive another email when your flowers are ready to be picked up or delivered.
  • How can I pay for my flowers online?
    We accept credit card, Apple Pay, or online bank transfer to our HSBC or Bank of China account as forms of online payment.

  • Can I change my order details after I place my order?
    Yes, we accept change requests. To ensure a timely delivery for your flowers, please contact us to change your order details at least two business days before the scheduled delivery. Please note that we do not accept last-minute requests on or before the arranged delivery date.
  • Can I change the colour of the main flower in my order?
    Yes. We will try our best to fulfil your requests, so feel free to customize your order by contacting us. We try our best to accommodate our customers’ needs, however, additional fees might be charged depending on your request. Note, the colours of your flowers cannot be changed if your order has already been packaged or dispatched for delivery.
  • Is it safe to use online payment methods during the purchase?
    Yes, it is completely safe to pay for your order online. To protect your personal data and privacy, we use certified payment outlets to securely process your payment.
  • Can I change my order details after I place my order?
    Yes, we accept change requests. To ensure a timely delivery for your flowers, please contact us to change your order details at least two business days before the scheduled delivery. Please note that we do not accept last-minute requests on or before the arranged delivery date.
  • Can I change the colour of the main flower in my order?
    Yes. We will try our best to fulfil your requests, so feel free to customize your order by contacting us.   • Can I send a special message card with my flower order?
    Yes. If you wish to send a message card with your flowers, we can arrange that for you and type out your message on our greeting cards. You can also mail or bring along your own card to our flower shop. We will attach the message card to the flower arrangement for you either way.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept cancelations once payment has been verified.
  • What are your delivery locations?
    We deliver flower arrangements to Hong Kong island, Kowloon and New Territories.
  • Do I need to pay an extra fee for delivery?
    A delivery fee of HK$150 will be added to each flower order. This delivery fee is charged per location with a maximum of 2 bouquets or flower products. If you wish to have your flowers delivered on weekends or public holidays, an additional delivery charge will also be added during checkout.
  • Can I have my flowers delivered at a specific time?
    Yes, a delivery fee of $400 will be charged if you wish to have your flowers delivered at a specific time. This includes a maximum of 2 bouquets or flower products at the same location. Please specify the delivery time of your preference in the package order form, e.g. 1 pm – 2 pm.
  • Can I place an order for same-day delivery?
    Yes, we provide same-day delivery service from Monday to Friday and the charge remains at $150. Your order can be delivered latest by 9 pm if you place your order before 1 pm on the same day during office hours. Please note that do not provide same-day delivery service on weekends and public holidays.
  • Can I have my flowers delivered on weekends and public holidays?
    Flower deliveries are available Monday’s through Saturday’s. Yes, your flowers can be pre-ordered and arranged for delivery on weekends and public holidays (subject to negotiation). An additional delivery charge will be added to your flowers during checkout.
  • How will I know if my flower order was delivered?
    Once your order is delivered, we will notify you on the same day via phone call. If you wish to track the delivery status of your order, feel free to call in on the scheduled day of delivery.
  • Can I pick up my flowers at your shop in Kwun Tong?
    Yes, you can pick up your package at Blossom Minds flower shop. Our office hours are 11:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday. Please specify your preferred shipping address in the package order form. Our shop address is as follows: 90 Hoi Bun Rd, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong
